I agree that I am participating in a Dogs 4 DIPG Hot Dog Event to help raise funds to support families that have been diagnosed with pediatric brain cancer. I promise I will be honest and use integrity during this event.

I will wear gloves while serving food and will treat any items given to consumers as I am eating it myself.
I will be honest with all funds raised for JaxsonStrong and I will send all proceeds to JaxsonStrong within 2 weeks of the event
